Appointments needed outside of KAUST Health at IMC or The First Clinic can be booked through the KAUST Health booking line. Please call 940 from a KAUST landline, or 012-808-0940 from your mobile.

The Patient Liaison Team is dedicated to assisting KAUST-affiliated patients when visiting IMC or The First Clinic in Jeddah. The patient liaison office can help our patients with answering questions and addressing any concerns you might have while at the hospital.

If you are requesting a medication refill for the first time with the IMC team, please schedule an appointment with our Family Medicine doctor. This allows us to review your medical history, assess your condition, and provide personalized care.

To book an appointment, Contact our call center at 940, and our representatives will assist you in scheduling an appointment with the Family Medicine doctor.

We understand this additional step may be inconvenient, but it ensures you receive the care you need. For future medication refills after your initial appointment, simply reach out to us using this email.

The patient portal can be used to access your lab test results, reports, and book or cancel appointments at KAUST Health and also IMC and The First Clinic.

Your medical records can be obtained through your patient portal or the My IMC app:

  • Log into the portal or the app and click on "reports" You can choose from the list there or request a report.
  • If you cannot find what is needed in the portal, please fill the consent form, this will be sent to the records officer and they will inform you when your report is ready.

    To maintain your confidentiality, we require proof of identity before we can process medical records requests.
