COVID-19: TKS School Closure

​As of March 8, 2020, there are no confirmed cases at KAUST.


The following message is from The KAUST School

This evening we have been made aware of an update from the Saudi government regarding the closure of schools, starting from tomorrow, March 9, 2020. Given this information, The KAUST School will close temporarily and students will stay home.


The TKS Distance Learning Plan will be actioned from Wednesday, March 11 as the TKS faculty and staff will spend the next two days preparing lesson plans and ensuring all essential support systems are in place to minimize any disruption to students’ learning. We ask all parents for their understanding and support and we will continue to stay in regular communication as the situation develops further.

Earlier today all parents received an announcement from the school, containing guidance and further instruction.
