The total number of cases of COVID-19 identified at KAUST remains at 14. Thirteen of the positive cases have been discharged upon completion of the MOH testing requirements. We are keeping in touch with all of our cases and monitoring their progress. We wish each of these community members well.

During the Holy Month of Ramadan, curfew times are modified. Community members must remain at home during these times:
Midnight – 6:00 a.m.
5:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.

It is vital that KAUST residents strictly observe this curfew, which is aimed at preventing the spread of COVID-19.

Penalties apply, and anyone found traveling around for any other reason will be issued with a violation. We want to reiterate that this is for your protection and the protection of all community members and the frontline staff who are working hard to keep us safe.
