Alongside our partner, IMC, clinic demand, utilization, and usage are regularly reviewed.  After our most recent review, we are pleased to be able to implement the following additions to enhance the service offerings: 

 For an initial trial period from April 20 until the end of June, Saturday clinics are being reintroduced to expand our service hours and further cater for our Community’s needs. Saturday Call Center hours are also being introduced to help facilitate any booking queries you might have.  This decision reflects our commitment to providing you with comprehensive healthcare solutions at convenient times that fit seamlessly into your schedule. 

Our Emergency Room teams are always available 24/7 to handle any situation outside of the core clinic opening times. 

We are gradually introducing additional specialty services including cardiology, gastroenterology, and orthopedics to our roster of available clinics. This expansion allows us to address a wider range of medical concerns right here at KAUST Health, ensuring that you receive the highest standard of care easily accessible at KAUST. 

Furthermore, we understand the importance of convenience and fast access when it comes to accessing specialized care. KAUST Health already has short waiting times for many services but to enhance this further, we are increasing the weekly availability of high demand clinics such as physiotherapy, ophthalmology, dermatology and dental specialties.  These will be phased in over the coming months. 

 We are sure these changes will help improve the overall service provision to the Community and we will continue to monitor and review the demand and utilization of clinics for future planning.
