KAUST Health and HR, in collaboration with Bupa, are excited to inform our community about a new medication refill and delivery service for patients with chronic conditions.  This service has been piloted with some members of the KAUST community over the past 2 months with positive feedback. 

This new service enables patients with chronic diseases to request their medication through Bupa Tebtom via the Bupa mobile App. The App also enables you to access other services relating to your medical insurance provision and can be downloaded here: iOS – Android.

Ensure the Bupa App has up to date contact information and if you or one of your dependents are eligible for this service, Bupa will contact you directly closer to the medication renewal date to discuss medication refill and delivery options.

Community members can still access medication refills via the KAUST Health clinic in the normal way.
