Dear KAUST community,

KAUST Health is pleased to introduce a new same-day, walk-in family medicine clinic during July and August.

This trial service is in addition to the current pre-booked family medicine clinics and is part of a continual review and improvement process.  From July 3, community members will be able to visit KAUST Health and wait to see a family medicine physician.  You do not need a prior online or call center booking and you will be seen by a doctor on a first come, first served basis.

Walk-in clinic hours:

Sunday - Thursday

• Morning session: 08:30 a.m. - 11:30 a.m. (except Wednesday’s which begin at 09:00 a.m.)
• Afternoon session: 01:00 p.m. - 04:15 p.m.

Please note:

• No appointment is required
• Walk in and reserve your place at the Family Medicine Reception
• Please do not arrive before the start time of each session
• First come, first served – please be aware that whilst you will be seen as soon as possible, there may be a wait whilst the physicians see other patients
• If all walk-in slots are already filled for a session and to avoid disappointment, patients will be asked to book an appointment for the next day or attend for the next day’s walk-in clinic.

This is a trial service and will be reviewed and assessed for effectiveness and patient satisfaction. Please feel free to provide feedback on your experience to the Patient Relations team.
