KAUST Health invites you to attend pregnancy and childbirth online classes for free during your 3rd trimester of pregnancy.

Register for one session or all four!

• Newborn Care Thursday, March 3 (11:00 AM -12:00 PM)
• Childbirth Preparation Thursday, March 17 (11:00 AM - 12:00 PM)
• Breastfeeding Thursday, March 31 (11:00 AM - 12:00 PM)
• Safe sleep practices Thursday, April 14 (11:00 AM - 12:00 PM)

About pregnancy and childbirth classes

Pregnancy and childbirth classes are provided by KAUST Health as a service to the community. These classes are held regularly throughout the year. They are continuously updated with the latest evidence-based research and are targeted at all mothers, even if they’ve previously had children at KAUST.
