Given the current situation with COVID-19, and the available advice relating to social distancing and minimizing human interaction, Government Affairs (GA) and Security Services would like to inform community members that starting tomorrow, Sunday March 15, the GA Center on the Discovery Walk (The Spine) will be closed.
All GA Services will still be available through the following channels:
Virtual GA Center:
- GA will activate the “Virtual GA Center” starting March 15, where customers can apply for services online using the GA website and KAUST Portal
- GA has arranged a pickup and delivery mechanism for all customers from either their offices or homes through UPS courier services
Virtual ID & Vehicle Sticker office:
- The ID Office will be operated virtually
- No walk-in service will be accepted in the ID office
- Physical IDs will not be printed
- Users will be provided with Digital IDs upon approval by security
- Photos can be uploaded in the requests page
- All submitted ID requests will be returned back to the requestor for the needed documents - do not drop documents in person
- The sticker office is closed for issuing new or renewal stickers. You can request temporary vehicle stickers through the eSecurity Services up to 60 days and all verification will be done virtually at the KAUST gates
- 911 will emphasize the use of online incident/complaint reporting and statements recording and they will remain serving 24/7 for any emergency
