KAUST cases

One new case of COVID-19 has been identified at KAUST, bringing the total number of cases of COVID-19 identified at KAUST to 16. The individual has been transferred to a nominated facility in Jeddah. The new identified case was in quarantine, as was the small contact tracing group. All members of the group remain in quarantine.
All of the previous positive cases have been discharged upon completion of the MOH testing requirements. We are keeping in touch with all of our cases and monitoring their progress. We wish each of these community members well.

KAUST Health opening hours during Eid Al-Fitr

During Eid Al-Fitr, KAUST Health operates on a modified schedule.
As always, 911 emergency response and the Emergency Department operate 24/7.
The regular clinic hours for Eid Al-Fitr are as follows:
For on-campus emergencies, please call 911 from a landline or 012 808 0911 from a mobile phone.

What are the curfew timings until the end of the month?

The current KAUST curfew hours will continue to operateuntil May 31, unless otherwise notified. You must stay home during the following times:
  • Midnight - 6:00 a.m.
  • 5:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.
It is vital that everyone strictly observe this curfew, which is aimed at preventing the spread of COVID-19.
