UPDATE March 6, 2018: This phase of Patient Portal maintenance is now complete. The Patient Portal has moved to a new SMS provider - one that works with many big companies in the Kingdom. The service enhancement has improved the reliability of the SMS messages for one-time passwords, appointment confirmations, reminders and cancellations.


The H-Connect Patient Portal is currently experiencing unscheduled maintenance. 

If you are trying to use the Patient Portal to book or cancel an appointment, you can still do this by phone or in-person. Please have your KAUST Health file number ready when making a booking or cancellation.
  • By phone: call 940 or 012 808 0940 (Available 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. Sunday to Thursday)
  • In-person with any receptionist in the clinic

You can also cancel KAUST Health appointments by emailing khcancel@fakeeh.care

If you are trying to access your patient files or make use of any of the other Patient Portal functionality, please either wait until the maintenance is complete or contact our Patient Relations team for further assistance. 

Please note that our SMS text messaging services are also affected by this maintenance.
