How it works
The program will be limited to one group of around 12 participants, but we aim to run the program in batches on a regular basis thereafter. Participants are selected on a first-come, first-serve basis.
To be able to benefit from the program, English language fluency/understanding are required.
Timing and venue
The Positive Lifestyle sessions will be between February 11th and April 8th, 2019. The sessions will be held in the KAUST Health Conference room 1 every Monday from 5:30 – 7:30 p.m.
Please note that there are no sessions during the last week of March due to the University break. We request that you commit to missing no more than one session in the 2-month program to ensure that you and the other participants get as much out of the program as possible.
As a service to the community, the majority of the program costs are subsidized by KAUST Health. Participants will be charged the heavily discounted price of 500 SAR per participant for 8-weeks.
This program is open to KAUST employees and/or KAUST residents over 18 years of age. All survey respondents will be contacted on February 7 to confirm if your program application has been accepted.
Closing date for the application form is Feb 6.
