Need to talk? You've got options.
As KAUST begins to reopen and reinstate some 'normal' operations, it is natural and normal to experience stronger emotions than usual. You may feel enthusiasm, excitement, apprehension or a little overwhelmed about the thought of switching from home working to going back into your workplace. Your daily life may not look the same as it did before and there will be new precautions to follow, which may require an adjustment in how you perform your daily activities.
The wellness and emotional support teams across KAUST are offering a range of health and wellness services to support you. Using these services can help you to build coping mechanisms to deal with a 'new normal.' These teams, together with outside partners, are offering a range of online services.
